Can your paint be used on Turf fields?

NO! We DO NOT recommend using our paint on turf fields.

How long will the athletic paint last on the grass?

Between one to two weeks depending on how much rain is received and how fast your grass grows.

How long will the traffic paint last on the pavement?

Between 6-12 months

What tips are used on your cans?

Athletic & Traffic paints use a T-Tip and the Utility uses a straight tip.

Will your paint cans fit in our paint machine?

Yes. PrimeStripe paint will fit most aerosol machines. We do offer a universal tip if you are unsure about your machine.

What type of machine is the aerosol machine?

All metal, 4 wheel push machine that can spray between a 2-4” width line.

Is your Bulk Paint ready for use?

No. It is concentrated. You must mix with water.

What is the recommend ratio for your Bulk Paint?

2:1 (2 parts water and 1 part paint) for white, 1:1 ( 1 part water and 1 part paint) for colors.

Will your Bulk Paint go further than aerosol?

It’s hard to give an approx. measurement with Bulk Paint. A lot of factors are considered when using. What type of machine? How wide a line? And how fast are you walking? We do believe you can get more paint using Bulk there is just a lot more up keep with it. Aerosol is more convenient to use. No cleaning of hoses and machine parts.

What happens if the paint reaches freezing temperature?

Let the case get back to room temperature. Shake the can extremely well for at least one minute.

Is there a shelf life on the paint?

No. We’ve had paint stored in our warehouse for many years. The key is shaking the can very well.

Will our paint kill the grass?

It is a waterbased paint and will not affect most grasses.
